Terms of Service

Welcome to Hostnomic. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hostnomic's websites, hosting services, and servers. By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Hostnomic is not liable for any loss from failure to protect your login information.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Fake identities or disposable emails may result in account termination.

• Billing: Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (Monthly, Annually, etc.).
• Auto-Renewal: All services auto-renew by default. Cancel before renewal date if you don't wish to continue.
• No Refunds on Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable per our Refund Policy.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without contacting support results in immediate suspension and a penalty fee.

Hostnomic operates under the laws of Bangladesh. We maintain a STRICT content policy:

• Adult Content: Pornography or adult-oriented content is strictly prohibited.
• Gambling: Gambling sites, casinos, or betting platforms.
• Illegal Activities: Phishing, fraud, ponzi schemes, illegal substances.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hatred.
• Malware: Viruses, worms, trojans, or botnets.

5.1 Shared Hosting

You may not use 25% or more of system resources (CPU, Memory) for longer than 90 seconds.

5.2 VPS & Dedicated (Global)

Bandwidth is based on your purchased plan. Fair use applies.

• Suspension: Accounts suspended 3 days after invoice due date.
• Data Deletion: Unpaid for 30 days = terminated, all data permanently deleted.
• Recovery: Data cannot be recovered once deleted due to non-payment.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your data. While we provide courtesy backups, we do not guarantee their availability or integrity. Maintain your own off-site backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostnomic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Hostnomic reserves the right to update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
