HOSTNOMIC REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: December 2025At Hostnomic, we prefer transparency over complex legal jargon. Our goal is to provide high-performance infrastructure without locking you into contracts you don't want.
The "Risk-Free" Promise
All new Shared Hosting accounts come with a 72-Hour Money-Back Window. If our speed doesn't match your expectations, you can leave without penalty.
General Refund Terms
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your initial payment. After this window, no refunds will be issued.
1.1 Transaction Fees Deduction
Third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz) charge non-refundable fees (typically 2-4%).
- Full Refund: Refund to Hostnomic Credit Balance = 100% of payment.
- Original Source: Refund to Bank/Card = Amount MINUS gateway fee.
1.2 Cancel Anytime
Cancel via Client Area anytime. You won't be billed again. Service remains active until current term ends.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to immediate costs with third-party registries and datacenters:
- Domain Names: Registration, Renewal, Transfer fees are final.
- Service Renewals: Cancel before due date if you don't wish to renew.
- Software Licenses: cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Softaculous.
- Setup & Migration Fees: Paid labor for server setup or migration.
- Dedicated Servers: All dedicated hardware orders are final.
Cloud VPS Refund Exceptions
Generally, VPS servers are non-refundable due to IP allocation costs. However:
The "Clean IP" Guarantee
If your VPS IP is blacklisted (Spamhaus, Barracuda) at delivery, open a ticket within 24 hours. We'll replace the IP or provide a full refund.
Note: If IP gets blacklisted due to your actions after delivery, no refund will be provided.
Payment Methods & Withdrawals
4.1 Local Payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
Refunds to Hostnomic Credit Balance ONLY. We cannot reverse transactions to mobile wallets.
4.2 Account Credit Withdrawal
Account credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Must be used for Hostnomic services. No "cashing out" to comply with AML regulations.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Zero Tolerance Policy
Filing a chargeback = immediate suspension of ALL services and domains.
- Account blocked instantly.
- Data may be deleted after 7 days.
- To restore: pay disputed amount + $25 Administrative Penalty Fee.
Open a support ticket for billing issues. We're happy to help legitimate clients.
Abuse & Termination
No refunds if terminated for violating ToS or AUP, including:
- Sending Spam/Unsolicited Email.
- Hosting Phishing or Fraudulent sites.
- DDoS attacks or Botnet activity.
